Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Payments can be made via PayPal or Cash App to hilltopstudios828@gmail.com or submitted directly through our booking form here.

• Sessions must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

Session Rules

• All booked hours do not need to be used in the same session.

• If you finish your session early, unused time may be applied to your next session within 30 days.

• If you arrive late, any lost time is non-refundable.

• Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

• Please include time at the end of your session to bounce/export tracks in real time.

• We maintain copies of session files, but please bring your own drive to back up your work.

Equipment & Safety

• All engineers must complete studio equipment training before renting the studio without a staffed engineer present.

• All studio rentals must complete check-in/check-out procedures with the staffed engineer.

Studio Conduct

• No smoking is permitted within the facility.

• Please respect the studio space and equipment, and clean up after your session.
